Early Detection Center at the University Hospital Dresden
The Early Detection Center “DD früh dran!” at the Carl Gustav Carus University Hospital is aimed at people between the ages of 18 and 35. Isolated psychological complaints such as sadness, anxiety or sleep problems are normal and affect everyone from time to time. However, they can also be the precursors of a mental disorder, and early detection increases the success of treatment. The aim of the Early Detection Center is to identify, advise and, if necessary, treat people before they develop a serious mental disorder.

However, if you suffer a great deal from them, cannot cope with them on your own or they last for a long time, it is worth seeking psychotherapeutic help.
