Purpose and data collector

The personal data provided will be processed exclusively for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the event by Directorate Strategy and Communication, Unit Web and Video. Our web support is at your disposal as the responsible contact.

Data processing

Your data will be stored in the form’s data store in WebCMS and recorded by the responsible persons in a table for internal documentation. In addition, data will be collected via the ZIH’s OTRS ticketing system at the time of registration. 

Voluntariness and withdrawal

Registration and participation in the event as well as the associated provision of personal data are voluntary. There are no consequences for non-participation. You can refuse your consent or withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Please simply write an email to the web support team. In this case, participation in the event is not or no longer possible and your data will be deleted. If the withdrawal is made after the end of the event, your data will be deleted, unless there are legal grounds justifying the contrary.

Data transfer

Unless otherwise stipulated by law or you have expressly consented in individual cases, no personal data will be transferred to third parties.

Storage period

Unless withdrawn, all personal data will continue to be stored after the conclusion of the event for internal evaluation and statistical purposes.

Right of access

I am aware that I may at any time request information on the data processed concerning me or on the possible recipients of this data to whom it has been transferred, and that I am entitled to a reply within the time limit of one month following receipt of the request for information.
