Embedding Third-Party Content in Your Page

Campus Navigator
Using an embed box, you can add the Campus Navigator to include a map on your web page. This is displayed in full-page width. A map enables you to show detailed information about your facility’s location on your contact pages. Please view our editing tips for more information on embedding maps.
Research Information System
The FIS box automatically displays academic publications and activities from the current Research Information System. To display projects, you can still use the embedding box in the WebCMS to integrate content from the old Research Information System. In the future, the FIS box will also be able to display projects. Until then, you can use both boxes.

Technology Portal
The WebCMS features a Technology Portal box for embedding entries from the Dresden Technology Portal (DTP). This box enables you to present your services and instruments on content pages automatically and synchronously. This means that changes in the DTP will automatically be reflected in the TP box, keeping your information up-to-date at all times and saving you the extra effort of changing data in two systems (data redundancy). The Technology Portal box is displayed in full-page width. You can find more information on this type of box on the Dresden Technology Portal page.
