DAAD Visiting Scholar: Prof. Dr. Mahmut Tekce
Mahmut Tekce is a DAAD visiting scholar from October to the end of December at the Chair of International Economics. Mahmut is a professor of economics at Marmara University, Istanbul, and has formerly been a member of the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), Brussels.
