BioBlitz in the Botanical Garden with the Dresden Wild Bee Group

As part of the Week of Botanical Gardens, the Dresden Wild Bee Specialist Group invites you to take part in the BioBlitz in the Botanical Garden of the TU Dresden on June 17, 2025 from 4 - 6 pm . The aim is to record as many species as possible during the event. The focus will be on compiling a list of wild bee species, but other insects such as butterflies, beetles and wasps can also be identified with the expertise of the specialist group participants.

The specialist group of the BienenBrückenBauen project meets monthly and is dedicated to the protection of wild bees by providing in-depth knowledge of the species through excursions, lectures, identification exercises and other exciting event formats. Anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of wild bees and exchange ideas with other interested parties and bee experts in order to further their own professional development is welcome.
