Attuned Landscapes — Designing in Response to Place and Resources

Jens Linnet is Co-founder and Creative Director of BOGL, a
Copenhagen-based landscape architecture studio. With more
than 20 years of experience, he has developed a particular
approach to creating vivid, beautiful and functional
landscapes rooted in the specific qualities, conditions and
resources of each place.
His work spans urban spaces, parks and larger landscape
transformations, with a strong focus on how landscape
architecture can respond to climate, biodiversity and the
resources already at hand. In recent years, Jens has explored
the potential of reuse and recycled materials as an integral
part of the design process.
At the core of his practice is a belief in beauty as a driver for
positive change. For Jens, beautiful places emerge through
careful choices: working with what is already there, selecting
durable materials and creating conditions for plants and
people to thrive. His work aims to create landscapes that
remain relevant, generous and valued over time.
