First prize at the Züblin Steel Construction Award 2024

Carolin Schleicher and Lea Müller's structural design was awarded first prize in this year's Züblin Steel Construction Prize. The design by the two students was created in the winter semester 2023/2024 as part of the topic "SALTO MORTALE - Replacement multi-purpose sports hall, Pieschen - Dresden, district on the Elbe" published by the Chair of Architectural Design and Construction I in cooperation with the Chair of Structural Design. The jury recognized the work as an outstanding example of the combination of architectural design and structural design.
