The professions of Architecture and Landscape architecture are uniqualy creative. You can study both in the unique urban and river landscape of Dresden. This is enviable. The field of architecture is fascinatingly versatile: Hands and mind have to work together. The course of study trains technical, creative, artistic and mental abilities and supports talent and engagement. The teaching staff of the faculty consists of notable architects and recognized scientists and researchers. Architecture and landscape architecture together at one faculty: This is a rare occurrence within Germany. In Dresden, it is a tradition and will increasingly shape the profile of the faculty in the future. The balance of theoretical, artistic, technical and ecological aspects of designing the environment is the basis of the work at the faculty.
