Guest Lecture - Klára Ullmannová: ARCHITECTURE OF TOURISM IN SOCIALIST CZECHOSLOVAKIA.
In the seminar on architectural theory, ‘Gebautes Fernweh’ (Built Wanderlust), architecture in the context of various tourist destinations from the 19th to the 21st century will be discussed this semester.
At the end of her two-month guest stay at the Chair of Building History and Architectural Theory, M.A. Klára Ullmannová, doctoral student and research assistant at the Czech Technical University in Prague, will give an overview of hotel architecture in Czechoslovakia in the second half of the 20th century in a guest lecture.
The lecture and subsequent discussion will take place on 17 December 2024 in room BZW-B 505 at 13:30.
