Abstract:
In this thesis, systems commonly available on the market for the shifting of solid construction bridges are examined. As this work was carried out in cooperation with the company Hentschke Bau GmbH, systems for the shunting of new replacement bridges in the railway sector are considered. Consequently, the systems suitable for the shifting of solid construction bridges are fundamentally explained in a first step and process-specific characteristics are worked out. In a second step, the suitability of the considered shunting systems is examined, so that, in addition to technical exclusion criteria, risks are also worked out that have to be taken into account when choosing or using certain systems.
As an essential point of investigation, the services required for the shunting of a solid structure are worked out. The services are divided into those that are to be carried out before, during or after the closure of the traffic routes as part of the construction project. With regard to the services that are to be performed during the closure of the traffic routes, a temporal evaluation is also carried out.
Finally, on the basis of the findings obtained, the shunting of a bridge structure is planned with the aid of the various systems for a concrete practical example, so that the shunting systems can finally be compared and evaluated on the basis of a reference project.
