Abstract:
The work is divided into two main parts. In the first part of the work the existing specifications of the Fee Regulations for Architects and engineers as well as the booklets 19 and 25 of the committee of the federations and chambers of engineers and architects for the fee regulation e.V. on already therein fixed planning services for construction site equipment planning. Subsequently all not fixed achievements are represented. On the basis of this, the second part an independent service profile for the construction site equipment was created. This is described the individual sub-services and the reasons for their chronological classification and is presented in a comprehensible way. The aim of the
developed scope of work is to be able to recognize the special features and challenges of the respective construction project early on in order to develop solutions and optimize the planning process. The following examples illustrate the projects for which the projects it is advantageous to commission the service profile and when to stick to the classical construction site equipment planning should be retained.
