Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis was to develop a method for integrating the STLK into the BIM workflow. This workflow was then evaluated for its practical applicability in a real use case. Starting points were identified for further use of the developed BIM workflow in conjunction with the STLK. The simple translation of the analogue STLK does not meet the valid digital requirements for information models due to its structure. Based on these requirements, a normalised information model was created by partially decoupling it from the original structure of the STLK. The information model created was realised in practice and the practical digital BIM workflow for integrating the STLK was prepared. For this purpose, selection groups that filter the appropriate specialised objects from an overall model and QTO formulas that evaluate the quantity of specialised objects in the appropriate unit were created. The BIM workflow STLK was then processed with the two authoring systems from RIB and with KorFin®. The result of this workflow set up is that the specialised objects from an overall model can be automatically assigned to the corresponding standard service items from the STLK with their quantity and unit and thus service specifications can be generated automatically. An existing bill of quantities that was created according to the STLK can therefore also be filled automatically.
