Abstract:
In this thesis, cross-industry regulations, standards and codes of practice for different materials are analysed with regard to their requirements for the execution and design of surfaces. The focus is on the question of which surface properties can be transferred to the additive manufacturing of concrete components using solid wall printing. In addition to the theoretical analysis, laboratory tests are carried out to verify the assumptions made. Based on the evaluation of the theoretical and practical results, a previously non-existent data sheet for the requirements for the surface qualities of additively manufactured concrete components in solid wall printing will be formulated.
