3rd German Industry Seminar on Concrete 3D Printing and Other Digital Concrete Construction Methods

The 3rd German Industry Seminar on "Concrete 3D Printing and Other Digital Concrete Construction Methods" was a complete success again this year. Like last year, the trade event took place as a digital web meeting on 03.11.2021. A total of more than 160 participants from nine European countries took part. The organisers, consisting of the Institute for Building Materials, the Institute for Construction Management and the Endowed Chair for Construction Machinery, were able to offer the audience an exciting programme on the current activities in digital concrete construction methods. With presentations from the Netherlands, Italy, France, Austria and Germany, transnational developments were also presented and discussed in detail during the digital coffee breaks. The large number of participants and questions about the presentations once again confirmed that the industry seminar has established itself as a recognised specialist event. For this reason, the organisers have also already agreed on a new date for the 4th German Industry Seminar. This will be held on 24.11.2021. Due to the very positive response, it will again take place as a digital half-day web meeting in the now familiar format.
