Hydro pulse testing machine 1000 kN
A broad test spectrum can be covered by the hydraulic material testing machine Schenck 1000. It is suitable for compression, tensile and bending tests with fast or alternating load development. High load cycle numbers (> 1 million) can be implemented as well. This allows the investigation of the fatigue behaviour of various materials. The very rigid construction of the 4-column testing machine frame with infinitely adjustable, absolutely backlash-free shrink sleeve clamping is the ideal prerequisite for cyclic tests in an alternating load range.
The testing machine is manufactured in modular construction. This allows for easy extension and adaptation to future test tasks. It is equipped with a synchronous cylinder arranged on the crosshead that is hysteresis-free up to the nominal force, and virtually free of sliding friction due to the hydrostatic piston rod bearing, which minimizes wear. The maximum pulse frequency is dependent on load amplitude, and it is 2 Hz (80 % Fnom) at a piston stroke of 2 mm. Lower nominal forces and amplitudes up to 30 Hz are possible. The maximum stroke of the cylinder is limited to 250 mm. Hydraulic clamping heads with different clamping jaws allow for a secure hold of flat and round samples and an effective sample change. The machine is powered by its own hydraulic unit and is thus independent on the operation of other testing machines.
The machine control enables force/displacement control or control via external signal inputs and is freely programmable. Security devices allow unattended operation for several days.
An additionally connected multi-channel measuring system (MGC) allows recording, storage and graphical representation of additional sensor signals such as data from strain gauges, inductive transducers, and temperature sensors.
