On July 8th, 2022, many research institutions invited once again to marvel and experiment within the scope of the Long Night of the Sciences. The IMF was contributing the topic "From egg to head - why a bicycle helmet makes sense". How can you protect a vulnerable body (here an egg) from damage in a collision (here the fall from 4m height)?
There were lots of funny and clever ideas on how to wrap the egg with some craft supplies for surviving the 4m downfall unscathed.
