We warmly welcome Dr. Ignas Bruder to the faculty. Ignas Bruder has held the Junior Professorship of Business Administration, in particular Strategy and Business Ethics, since 01.08.2024. Ignas Bruder studied Management & Marketing at the FU Berlin and successfully completed his dissertation "Essays on Social Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Organizing - An Ethically Focused Practice-Based Perspective" in July 2020, also at the FU Berlin. Since 2022, Ignas' brother has been a postdoctoral researcher at the Hertie School Berlin as part of the Horizon Europe-funded project REBALANCE: Investigating the Relationship between Social enterprises and Democracy.

In his research and teaching, Ignas Bruder focuses on social entrepreneurship, corporate sustainability, democratic organizing, practice theories and integrative business ethics.
