"Water will take us" - in a joint event within the Environmental Film Series at TU Dresden, the Student Environmental Initiative (tuuwi), and the Global Water and Climate Adaptation Centre (ABCD-Centre) organized a screening of the documentary by award-winning environmental filmmaker Mohammad Ehsani, followed by a panel discussion about the catastrophic flood events in Iran in 2019 with the producer Dr. Sudeh Dehnavi (Institute for Technology and Resources Management in the Tropics and Subtropics, TH Köln) and water experts of TU Dresden:

• Prof. Jürgen Stamm (Speaker of the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Chair of Hydraulic Engineering, and ABCD-Centre project leader)
• Prof. Peter Krebs (Director of the Institute of Urban and Industrial Water Management and Chair of Urban Water Management)
