Welcome to the symposium registration page! We are excited to have you join us for this informative and engaging event. Registration for the symposium is open until April 30th. To secure your spot at the symposium, please download the registration form, fill it out completely, and send it by email. There is no fee for the symposium.
In order to take part in the poster presentations, it is necessary to provide a brief abstract that is limited to a maximum of 1500 characters, including spaces. We offer travel grants to international undergraduate and graduate students who present a poster at our event. The poster session is limited to 20 posters. By May 15th, we will inform you whether your poster has been accepted or not.
Please ensure that you double-check your information before submitting the form. Once we receive your registration, we will send you a confirmation email.
Please note that space for this symposium is limited to 70 attendees, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot.
