My research interests focus on ecohydrology, in particular soil-plant-water interactions. My areas of expertise include the development, validation and application of stable isotope methods to study water and nutrient cycling along the soil-plant-atmosphere continuum. I study ecohydrological responses to environmental changes in various ecosystems, e.g. the effect of extreme events on forest’s water balance.
