'ForeSight' project granted

The new interdisciplinary study "ForeSight", led by the University of Stirling, will predict and monitor the response of European forests to climate change. As part of the project, our chair will study early warning signals of climate-induced stress using annual rings. See also the press release of the TU Dresden (in German) and this BBC news item.
