The research project covers 4 topics:
Development and implementation of digitization approaches for land market data
- Benchmarking of current visualization methods of private and public real estate market actors
- Development and implementation of online applications for digitizing evaluations and visualization of the property market reports (GMB) and the state market report (LMB), taking into account the state's internal implementation status
Evaluation of real estate market data
- Needs analysis for the evaluation of real estate market data (local and supraregional)
- New and further development of evaluation methods with testing of evaluations with innovative evaluation algorithms.
Optimization of purchase case recording
- Automated evaluation of sales contracts
- Analysis of the usability of further information
