Introducing the Chair of Optical 3D-Metrology
The Chair of Optical 3D-Metrology was created on 01.04.2024 and is based at the Institute of Geodesy. The holder of the chair is Prof. Dr.-Ing. Maiwald. The chair is located at the intersection of photogrammetry, engineering geodesy and computer vision in application.
Chair of Optical 3D-Metrology
The Chair of Optical 3D-Metrology works on user-oriented solutions of non-contact measurement tasks in a wide range of disciplines. These range from component analysis, computer tomography and autonomous driving to medical applications. Our research focuses on the following areas: Fields of research
