Presentations at European Geoscience Union
The Environmental Remote Sensing Group contributed to the General Assembly of the European Geosciences Union (EGU). EGU usually takes place in Vienna every year in spring. This year it was held online because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
We contributed to EGU with two presentations and organized two scientific sessions.
Scientific presentations
Forkel, M., Andela, N., Dorigo, W. A., Drüke, M., Harrison, S. P., Moesinger, L., Schmidt, L. and Yebra, M.: Characterising vegetation fuel moisture conditions from microwave satellite observations for fire danger prediction at continental to global scales, 2020.
Schmidt, L., Forkel, M., Dorigo, W. A., Moesinger, L., van der Schalie, R., Yebra, M. and Pugh, T. A. M.: Assessing the sensitivity of multi-frequency vegetation optical depth to biomass and canopy moisture content: towards an ecological-oriented evaluation, 2020.
