Talk by Dr. Sven Zschocke
A fundamental task in the field of relativistic astrometry consists in the precise determination of light trajectories in the gravitational fields of the solar system. The talk will give an overview of the history of the theory of light propagation, as well as the current state of the art in this field of research.
The talk is open to the public, for interested researchers, and will take place on Friday, April 12th at 13:00 in the library room ABS 04-001 (August-Bebel-Str 30, Dresden).
