DVW PhD Award confered to Matthias Willen

Prof. Rudolf Staiger (r.) presents the DVW PhD Award to Dr. Matthias Willen at INTERGEO.
The DVW PhD Award 2025 was conferred upon Matthias Willen for his outstanding doctoral thesis entitled “On the quantification of ice sheet mass changes and glacial isostatic adjustment effects by combining satellite data.” DVW President Prof. Rudolf Staiger presented him the award at INTERGEO in Frankfurt am Main on 8 October 2025.
