We did it again. Conference presentation awarded

Scientific conferences have resorted to virtual formats for the last 18 months, but this has not stopped our PhD students from giving excellent presentations.

Erik Loebel received the renowned "Virtual Outstanding Student and PhD candidate Presentation (vOSPP) Award" for his contribution to the European Geosciences Union (EGU) General Assembly 2021 [link to website].

Earlier in the pandemic, Matthias Willen received the "Outstanding Student Presentation Award (OSPA)" for his virtual presentation at the American Geophysical Union (AGU) Fall Meeting 2020 [link to website]. Matthias received this award for the second time. At the first time, in 2019, the presentation was still given in presence in San Francisco.
