One of the most important scientific events on the subject of recycling and waste management and all related areas is the annual scientific congress (WIKO) of the German Association for Waste Management (DGAW), which took place at Pforzheim University in February this year.
Our employee Magdalena Werner gave a presentation on the topic of ecological considerations of different disposal methods for construction and soil waste.
There were also several poster presentations from our Chair:

This year's WIKO was hosted by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jörg Woidasky, Director of the Research Center and Professor of Sustainable Product Development and Head of the Industrial Engineering and Management/Circular Economy Engineering degree program at Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences.
