Objective: |
The goal is an education of highly motivated scientists on the water sector as one of the priority sectors of Syrian economic system who correspond to the requirements of the modern labour market. New master and PhD study courses in water engineering for all universities will be established in Syria, using existing study courses of the faculty civil engineering and/or agriculture to overcome the fragmentation. The quality and competence of the Syrian graduates are enhanced by introduction of the Bologna system, e.g. module and ECTS. By the inter-disciplinarity and trans-disciplinarity of natural sciences and engineering new education and research fields can be created e.g. eco-technology. |
