Simulation of contaminant transport with

In the visualization contaminant transport through a dam is
simulated.
The simulation was carried out with the software PCSiWaPro®
the visualization with GMSH.
Simulation of a dam with varying flood levels

The picture shows the simulation of a dam with a varying
height of the waterside filling. The simulation time is
800min, the dam has a blocking wall with 100% installation
depth (without bench) and an airside drainage. The seepage
line does not reach the airside of the dam within the
simulation time, since excess water is discharged by the
drainage. Thus the efficiency of the drainage together with
the blocking wall is proven.
