Against this background, in the framework of IWAS project, a Water Competence Centre is currently conceived for streamlining CD activities and as a hub and focal point for CD in the Vietnamese water sector. The Vietnamese Prime Minister and the responsible ministries have approved the project, inter alia the Ministry of Construction (MoC).
