Project description:
The objectives of the project were the development of practice-oriented guidelines for the preparation of feasibility studies for the production of renewable energy, taking into account technical, ecological, social and legal aspects. The aim is to generate usable energy by combustion processes from biogas or biomass or organic substances. These guidelines are tailored to the specific conditions of the ASEAN countries (Brunei, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam). The development of the guidelines should be exemplified by the case of the biogas plant on Phu Quoc Island.
