Excursion to the Hirschfeld soil treatment plant on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 (BAUER Umwelt GmbH, Hirschfeld plant, Reinsberger Straße 26, 09634 Hirschfeld)

Meeting point is at 15:00 directly in front of the plant.

Unfortunately, it is not easy to get there by public transport. You can take a bus (line 424) from Dresden main station to Deutschebora and from there it is a good hour's walk (approx. 4.3 km).

Mr. Holm Uhlig from the soil treatment center will welcome you at the entrance to the plant and guide you around the premises, including providing you with high-visibility vests. (Phone: +49 34322 473-46)

Please remember to wear sturdy shoes.

You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the soil treatment center.
