Summer school in South Afrika

40 young researchers from various African states as well as 20 international scientists participated in a summer school dealing with the monitoring of surface waters. Supported by the Volkswagenstiftung several presentations, seminars and excursions were offered at the University of the Free State in Bloemfontain (South Africa). Dr.  Hilmar Börnick from our institute reported on the monitoring of organic trace pollutants.
