Brief description:
In the practical course "Water Analysis", students are taught knowledge and skills ranging from classical, but still frequently used determination methods such as dimensional analysis (water hardness) or photometry (nutrients) to the most modern instrumental analysis methods (LC-MS/MS, ion chromatography, GC/MS, etc.). Great importance is attached to the influence of the water matrix, the comparability of analytical methods, the correctness and accuracy of results and the statistical evaluation of calibrations.
The lecture Wasseranalytik is offered alongside the lab class.
