HeatResilient­City, Phase2: Video about simulation of heat stress in open space and in the building.

This video was produced in collaboration between the Chair of Meteorology at the TU Dresden and the Leibniz Institute of Ecological Urban and Regional Development. It shows core results of the model chain of a microscale meteorological model and a thermal building model in the city of Dresden.  The effect of a simulated long heat period on the indoor climate of the building and measures to avoid overheating in the building are discussed.
