Excursion

Meeting: 9 AM, train station Tharandt
Description: During the excursion we will visit the climate station Wildacker and the Ökomessfeld of Anchorstation, both located in the Tharandt Forest. Long-term measurements characterize the sites, specifically for estimating the energy, water and carbon budget. We will walk around 1,5 – 2 hours up to the old spruce sites and return by foot to Tharandt afterwards. A joint lunch can be privately organized by the participants on return.
Participation for more less mobile participants can be organized via cars directly to the stations (upon request).
