10th Brazilian-German Frontiers of Science and Technology Symposia 2019 (BRAGFOST)

The BRAGFOST conference was held in Munich from 5 to 8 September 2019. The Brazilian-German Frontiers of Science and Technology Symposia (BRAGFOST) are a series of interdisciplinary binational conferences jointly organised by the Brazilian Federal Agency for Support and Evaluation of Graduate Education (CAPES) and the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. They bring together 60 outstanding young engineers and scientists from a wide range of disciplines (30 each from Germany and Brazil). The conference format enables the exchange of ideas across disciplinary and national borders and at the same time offers opportunities for future binational cooperation and networks. Catalin Stefan was invited to participate and is very grateful for the beneficial exchange.
