The Institute of Urban and Industrial Water Management contributes to the expertise of the Center for Advanced Water Research (CAWR).

The Center for Advanced Water Research (CAWR) brings together the water competences of the Technische Universität Dresden (TUD) and the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research – UFZ: More than 500 research fellows are jointly tackling some of the key challenges in the water sector in an outstanding breadth of research topics and at the same time with a profound disciplinary expertise that is unique in Germany.
