Mentoring offer in the DVGW Young Professional Programme

Students and young professionals can register as mentees and experienced professionals as mentors for the new mentoring year until 1 March 2023. Mentoring is one of four support elements in the DVGW Young Professional Programme. Here, experts from the energy and water sector coach students and young professionals for one year and support them in their entry into the sector or in their further career development.

The mentors and mentees form a mutually beneficial tandem. Experts pass on their wealth of experience and can deepen their own social skills and communication skills. The mentees, in turn, benefit from the insight into the professional world, the support in networking and the experience gained in tandem.
