My Data is stored in a database and send via email to the reviewers council.

3. Voluntariness and Revocation

My information is voluntary and my consent can be revoked at any time. In case of my refusal of consent or revocation the responsible officer will immediately delete my data.

4. Data Transmission

No personal data will be transmitted to third parties.

5. Storage Period

My Data is stored for 5 years from the date of receiving.

6. Publication

No publishing is intended.

7. Information Right

I am aware that I can request information at any time about the data processed about me and the possible recipients of this data to whom it has been transmitted, and that I am entitled to a reply within one month of receipt of the request for information.

8. Data Protection Officer and Data Protection Supervisory Authority

I am aware that I can contact the data protection officer of the TU Dresden and the responsible supervisory authority for data protection at any time.
