Swedish Scientist Researching at the Chair VM

Swedish scientist is researching within the scope of the Senior-Fellow-Programme at the Institute of Automobile Engineering.
The Chair of Vehicle Mechatronics welcomes Prof. Lennart Löfdahl of the Chalmers University Göteborg (Sweden) once again as guest scientist.

Following 2010, 2013, and 2015, Prof. Lennart Löfdahl is once again guest at the TU-Dresden. In the context of the Senior-Fellow-Programme, he is researching from October to December 2015 at the Chair of Vehicle Mechatronics of the Institute of Automobile Engineering. Prof. Löfdahl of the Chair of Thermo- and Fluidmechanics of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Chalmer University of Technology in Göteborg, Sweden, offers his expertise in regard to the automotive energy management and the promosing research area of automotive thermo management. Thus, he supports multiple events of the newly concepted lecture "Energy Management and Operation Strategies for Mobile and Stationary Energy Systems". Furthermore, the advancement of the cooperation between the Chair of Vehicle Mechatronics and the Mechatronics Research Group of the Chalmers University of Technology concerning joint scientific publications is a goal of his stay. Prof. Löfdahl has attended multiple international research visits already, including renowned universities like the EPFL Lausanne, the ETH Zurich, and the MIT in Boston.
