Scientific Exchange with IK4-Ikerlan Research Alliance

The Chair of Vehicle Mechatronics welcomes the guest researcher Leire Martin of the IK4-Ikerlan Research Alliance, Spain

In a joint research effort, Mrs. Martin attends the thermal modelling of lithium-ion battery systems and the optimality based design of thermal management concepts. The resulting battery models are implemented in the project context of the "Elektro-Buslinie 79" and applied regarding the optimization of the charging strategy in combination with the maximization of the lifetime of the battery system.
