Dr.-Ing. Mohammad Sadrani
Dr.-Ing. Mohammad Sadrani is a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Railway Operations, TU Dresden. He received his Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) with highest honors (Summa Cum Laude) in June 2024. His doctoral research focused on optimizing public transport systems with electric and automated bus fleets. During his Ph.D., he contributed to interdisciplinary projects such as MO3 (IGSSE TUM) and COLTOC (funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research), and published in leading journals in transportation, operations research, energy, and artificial intelligence. He also taught several M.Sc. courses at TUM and served as a lecturer at TUM Asia in Singapore.
