Happy holidays and a good start to the new year!
Once again this year, numerous students have successfully graduated from our department. In addition, several theses and small and large assignments were successfully completed by students from our faculty and other faculties. Once again, we wish the graduates all the best and a successful start to their careers!
In summer 2025, a major measurement campaign was carried out together with the DZSF to measure noise emissions from rail vehicles. An important step in our new research field of noise and vibration.
We are particularly pleased that Dipl.-Ing. Michał Przybyłowicz submitted his dissertation on the topic of
"Wide sleepers as a way to extend the life cycle of the railway track"
was successfully defended.
Exciting challenges await us again in the new year - we look forward to it! If you would like to join us, please take a look at our job advertisements. Can you imagine taking on a teaching role in the field of planning? Or would you like to be close to our experiments as a technical assistant and provide valuable support?
