Excursion of the Chair to the DHL Hub Leipzig

Roughly simultaneously with the sunset on Monday, July 15, 2019, numerous representatives of the Chair of Air Transport Technology and Logistics gathered at the gates of the DHL Hub in Leipzig. With the friendly support of our former colleague Bernd Oreschko and our student Tobias Kunert, who is currently doing his internship at EAT Leipzig GmbH, we had the opportunity to see the practical flight operations and the logistics structures at DHL live.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all employees of the DHL Hub involved, Bernd Oreschko and Tobias Kunert as representatives of European Air Transport Leipzig GmbH, who gave us this unusual insight into what is going on at the DLH Hub.
