Aeronautical engineer wanted as technical project member multicopter at ADAC
ADAC Luftrettung is looking for an aeronautical engineer as a technical project member for multicopters (m|w|d).
Your tasks
- Expert function within ADAC Luftrettung on the topics of automation, electric drives, battery and charging technology as well as control technology of eVTOLs
- Preparation and implementation of a test and pilot operation with multicopters / eVTOL in close cooperation with the project team, the technical departments involved and the manufacturer
- Prospective management of individual work packages in the multicopter project
- Definition of requirements, configuration and participation in the further development of an eVTOL with regard to the special requirements in EMS missions
- Planning, monitoring and evaluation of flight tests with eVTOL samples
- Technical analysis and evaluation of the suitability of certain eVTOL samples for use in air rescue services
- Elaboration of technical concepts, participation in the preparation of the necessary manuals
- Technical installation of EMS system components and additional equipment in eVTOLs
- Close cooperation with maintenance operations and execution of individual tasks with project character for the technical department
Your profile
- Completed university studies in aerospace, information technology or alternatively vocational training as a state-certified electrical engineer in automation and IT or avionics technician/aircraft electronics technician
- Several years of professional experience in the field of aeronautical engineering desired, especially with regard to development, commissioning and certification of aircraft, including experience in cooperation with aviation authorities and OEMs
- Good programming skills and solid experience in project management
- Experience in the field of HEMS would be an advantage
- Very good verbal and written communication skills (German and English)
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as high sense of responsibility and reliability
- Distinct ability to organise oneself and good time management skills
