TU Dresden IFL and aerospace students to visit Rolls Royce

On Jan ^16th, IFL and Aerospace students were invited to Rolls Royce Dahlewitz nearby Berlin to visit the assembly and maintenance / development lines for the PEARL and TRENT aero engine series.

As a highlight, the test run facilities for both types were presented, allowing the students to get an in-depth validation of an engine's performance map and along this of the theory trained in classroom.
