Content of the Course:
In this course, the characterization and modeling of operating and movement processes in the terminal of an aerodrome as well as the requirements and design criteria of guidance systems in terminals are addressed.
Upon completion of this course, you will be familiar with the description of the individual processes of passenger handling in the terminal using specific parameters and the modeling of these operating processes. In doing so, you will be able to develop stochastic-based models, implement them computationally and apply them. You will possess the following general skills: Understanding and assessing complex issues, reflection and transfer of scientific knowledge into practice, preparation and comprehensible presentation of complex issues.
