Auf Wiedersehen und Bis bald!

Dr. Shaukat Khakimov, Associate Professor at the Tashkent Institute of Design, Construction and Maintenance of Automobile Roads (TIDCMAR) visited us for three months. TIDCMAR in Tashkent, Uzbekistan is the only automotive and road construction university in Central Asia and trains students in 28 specific bachelor and master programs. Since this year, TIDCMAR also offers a bachelor's degree program with a focus on "environmental protection in the transport sector" and a Master's program "sustainable transport development".

 The stay of Dr. Shaukat Khakimov served to establish the new International contacts, to create foundation for joint teaching and exchange of technical questions. Further mutual visits, joint block seminars and support for students and doctoral students stay planned for the future.
